Skiing Austrian Powder …
Skiing Austrian Powder for the last eight days in a row has been epic! It’s been great to chase Mitch around the mountains!
I hope you enjoy the video above. It is a quick taste into skiing in Austria from my headcam.
Thanks to Mitch and Bibi for having me visit them! Mitch and Bibi are amazing human beings!
It’s so nice to see such a beautiful example of how to live life to the fullest. These two are an absolute inspiration!
Skiing Austrian Powder – a viable business model?
The main purpose of this blog is to help you build an online business around your passions.
So these “fun” little lifestyle videos I post are more of a diversion and really just for fun. I love doing this stuff so much, that’s why I post it here. Even though I know that you don’t really get anything out of it, except for maybe a little entertainment. And I guess that is important too.
However, to get back on track with the purpose of this blog, the next videos I post will be on how to build your online business around your passion, and not so much about me having fun.
I’m helping Mitch and Bibi build a Lifestyle Business around their passions. And I’m going to post case study videos here of how we do it.
One of their big passions is fitness training. So they’ve decided to create an information product around their fitness training methods.
I’ve actually been doing their fitness training the last few months. And thanks to it I was able to almost keep up with them in the mountains.
Hanging out with them and getting my ass kicked by them has motivated me to keep up on the fitness training. I really want to step up my skiing to the next level. I ski like a little girl compared to Mitch and Bibi. If my legs and core were stronger then I’d feel confident to go faster and and ski bolder lines.
So to step it up, today I’m starting another 6 week fitness training program they designed. I’ll post parts of the program here so you can join me in the training if you like.
I’m going back to Argentina in a couple days. My ski trip got cut a little short. So I won’t be able to help Mitch and Bibi create their information product business in person, but will do so virtually. That shouldn’t be a problem though.
I’ll post the video case studies here of how we setup their business, so that you can follow along and do the same.
Thanks for being here on the blog with me. What did you think of us skiing Austrian powder? Please share your comments below.

Awesome Video!
Skiing here in Quebec is nothing compare to this!
Hi Chris, glad you enoyed my home country and home area around Innsbruck. I grew up skiing there, was a ski instructor during my studies at Innsbruck University and am in Austria every year for 2 months skiing, December and January, mainly around the Arlberg area. Maybe we can connect next time.
HoweverI chose to live in Dubai now; there is skiing here too, bet you never done it – SAND DUNE SKIING – can I tempt you with that?
Barbara
Hey Chris!
Was great to ride with you! Hope you will be back after the 6 weeks of training with iron legs.
Last night we got another meter of snow and I had an awesome day in the woods up here at our homespot with very few people. First lines and no waiting! You would have loved it!
And remember, there is still some austrian dishes you haven’t tried yet – another reason to come back.
Thanks Bibi!
I’m so jealous of all the new snow you got.
All is good back here in Argentina. Just got back to some good waves and fun surfing. They told me that there has been no good waves in weeks, so was really lucky to arrive to fun waves.
Today I did Day 2 of the 6 week training program.
And I got all of my kitesurfing stuff setup. Tomorrow should be a good day of kitesurfing.
Thanks again for having me and letting me chase you guys around the Austrian mountains.
Hola Crhis! Son unas merecidas vacaciones. Es todo precioso. Saludos. Angeles.
Great Vid Chris….
Love Austria`s powder….
Are you going to hit Kitzbühel ?
Have fun….have safe trip back home…
Stay in Touch…
grace and peace
Nope we didn’t go to Kitzbuhel this time. Next time I’ll make sure to check it out!
Well done Chris..I’m off to Zermatt in Switzerland in March, it looks very similar to where you were staying…Very quaint..Thanks for posting..
If you get those exercises up on-line I’d love to see them..
Thanks again…Sean
Have a great time!
Will do on the exercises.
In the meantime, check this do anywhere circuit from Mitch and Bibi that I posted earlier. Not sure if you saw it or not:

Thanks Chris for the fantastic video. What a wonderful experience it must be to ski like that, and you make it look so easy. I’ve never had the pleasure of skiing but I’m sure there is much skill and nerve required to achieve as you did.
All I can say is that is sick powder, just sick man!
Sweeeet! Beautiful conditions at your office dude.
As Liz Lemon would say, “I want to go to there!”
Skiing powder looks like a lot of fun. Many years ago all 6 of my family skied and our youngest son was a Red Mountain Downhill Racer until a bad accident and now just skis for pleasure. I have not had the pleasure to ski powder in another country. I enjoyed the video.
Loved it Chris! We were waiting to see this. Why? Because here in upstate NY near the Berkshires, it’s been unseasonably warm and any man-made snow tends to ice over. Try boarding on that!
So it’s fun to experience this through your camera, someone we kind of know.
Now looking forward to the case-study accounts coming up.
Thanks Chris!
I hope you get some good snow real soon!
WOW GREAT VIDEO!!!!! Felt like I was there. I have never went skiing and that makes me want to try. AWESOME
What a thrill ride!
Yeaaa!!!! Buddy!!!!!! Looks like great snow!
*****@Chris!
You have every right to ignore this question but i am sure your readers also would like to know exactly how you structure stuff like this.
I know some folks just create “tiny blogs here and here” and that is their main source of income. They use that source to travel all over the damn place.
You on the other hand, you are a “traffic and conversion extraordinary living legend”
How in the world are you able to make money, or run a business while you are “flying like a ? ” from one end of the world to another.
This is the coolest thing I have ever seen. I thought Tim Ferris was “B.Sing “; AND I know you are not making these whole thing up.
Care to create a post on this ?
Ok, please.
There has to be a way to “STRUCTURE THIS THING” and still have a life; instead of getting tied a computer 17 hours a day.
Hi Will,
The case study videos that I will post in the next few days should help explain on of the online business models I’ve been using lately to make money online.
I want to clear one thing up though. Just because I am traveling all over and keep posting videos of surfing and skiing and all that, doesn’t mean I am not working.
I work almost everyday. I usually spend 4 to 5 hours on my computer every night.
But they are structured power hours. No screwing around, no facebooking, youtube watching, time wasting. I sit down and work like a maniac for 4 to 5 hours with no interruptions. Usually I do this after my family has gone to sleep.
It takes some discipline to work those 4 hours on nothing but important tasks. It is real easy to get caught up in busy work and spend hours on the computer just spinning your wheels. This happens to me sometimes, and I hate it.
So I try real hard to just focus on the most important tasks.
Your question gave me the idea to post a blog post on how I work efficiently. I just drew up some notes and will make a video explaining how I do it and how you can do the same.
I’ll post that video after the case study videos that I am posting in the next few days.
Just like Will, I’m also on the 17 hrs a day track, and am vigorously trying out different methods to cut this down. One is to find our time of peak alertness and inclination to be focused, and burn through important work then, daily. But there must be more to it than that.
So we’re looking forward to “STRUCTURING THIS THING” !
You are the man!
Yes, You are the main man!!
re: I work almost everyday. I usually spend 4 to 5 hours on my computer every night.
It is the structuring part that I am sure a lot of folks will love too.
Discipline is something anyone should be able to do. It takes time but it is doable.
Looking forward to these posts man!
